Frequently asked questions
On average, most UI/UX requests are completed in just two working days, and for graphic design request can be completed within 1 working day. However, more complex requests can take longer.
For UI/UX it will be delivered in Figma, and for graphic design you will get the image file (PNG/JPEG), printable PDF if needed, and the raw file in .AI, .PSD, .INDD depends on the project.
You need to give us a good explanation of your product and provide some context on what you’re doing and what is your expectation. You can send us a full specification list of all features and content you want us to work on as well as some design references if there’s any.
We will contact you once you purchase a plan to discuss your project details. Discussion can be done via chat or call if needed. After that, a Trello board will be provided for you to submit requests and material and for us to put design updates and file storage. Feedbacks and design progress can be monitored by the board as well. If you are more comfortable with direct chat to provide feedback, we can also do a discussion via Telegram or Slack.
